Information required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.

You can reach us through any of those channels and you will get an answer. Email is the preferred channel and the one we use for everything relating to data protection.
2. Registry details
The owner is a sole trader, not entered in the Commercial Register, so the information required by article 10.1.b) of Act 34/2002 does not apply.
The activity —developing and operating software as a service— is not subject to any prior administrative authorisation regime and is not a regulated profession, so the information required by letters c) and d) of the same article does not apply.
VinculAI does not provide healthcare and is not a healthcare facility. It is a management tool used by psychology professionals, who are the ones providing care and the ones answerable for it.
3. Prices
Prices published on this site are stated in euros and do not include VAT, which is added on the invoice at the general rate in force (21% in Spain). The specific financial terms of each plan are set out in the terms and conditions.
Published offers are valid for as long as they remain accessible on the site, unless another period is expressly stated (art. 27.3 of Act 34/2002).
4. Codes of conduct
The provider has not, for the time being, subscribed to any code of conduct or trust seal. Should it do so in the future, that will be stated here together with how to consult it.
5. The public pages of each practice
VinculAI hosts public pages —profiles and websites— whose content is decided and published by each practice or professional. That content is not ours: the professional or the practice that owns it is answerable for it, including the information that article 10.1.d) of Act 34/2002 requires of regulated professions (professional body, membership number, qualifications and applicable rules).
If you find content on any of those pages that you consider unlawful or harmful, write to us at privacidad@vinculai.com and we will act in accordance with articles 16 and 17 of Act 34/2002.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, the interfaces, the texts, the design, the trade mark and the VinculAI logo belong to the provider or are used with permission. Their use is permitted within the service contracted and on the terms of the licence; beyond that, all rights are reserved.
The data entered by each practice and the data of its patients are not ours, and we acquire no rights over them.
7. Applicable law
This legal notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law. The service is provided from Spain, and electronic contracts entered into with professionals are presumed to be concluded at the provider’s place of establishment (art. 29 of Act 34/2002), unless otherwise agreed.
