The AI that books your appointments, not the one with opinions.

You start with a 14-day trial and no card. The plans and the price of each one are on the pricing page, with the amount in plain sight. You can change plan or cancel whenever you want: there are no surprise charges and no accounts blocked overnight, and if you leave one day, your income and your tax data come out in Excel.

The database is in Paris and the server is in Germany. Notes and messages are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and who sees what is decided by the database itself: the session note, the clinical history and the medical information can only be opened by the treating professional; documents and the message thread are also visible to whoever runs the diary and the invoicing for that practice, because they need them to do their job. One practice cannot see another practice’s data. We are not going to tell you it is end-to-end encrypted, because it is not: the key is held by the server, and that is why you can still open your note next year. We also have no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification; when we do, it will say so here.

Only the text you hand it, at the moment you hand it over: when you press «Structure as SOAP» or «Format with AI». There is no process that opens your notes on its own initiative, and Vera, the internal assistant, has no access to clinical content — not even to answer you. That text is processed by Anthropic, in the United States, and we tell you here rather than in the small print. If you would rather not use it, you write your notes by hand and the rest of the software works exactly the same.

Not yet. It is built and it works, but we keep it switched off until the data processing agreement with the transcription provider is closed: this is audio from a psychology session and we are not opening it before that is signed. Today you write the note and the AI structures it as SOAP or as prose. When it is enabled, it will say so here.

Automatically, no: they go by email and browser notification. If the appointment is unconfirmed, the reminder follows up on its own at 72 and at 48 hours and the patient confirms with one click from the email itself; then come the day-before and the same-day reminders, each with its link to reschedule or cancel. What you do have is a button that opens WhatsApp with the message already written for you to send. Automatic sending requires registering a number with the WhatsApp Business API and that is not done today; when it is, we will say so here. There is no SMS.

Not yet. Today you have your own invoice series, credit notes, healthcare VAT exemption, the income ledger in Spanish tax authority (AEAT) format and the indicative summaries of forms 130, 111, 303 and 115; what the patient downloads is a payment receipt, not a verified invoice under the Veri*factu regime. We are working on it and we are not going to give you a date we then miss; which deadline applies to you, confirm with your accountant. If issuing under Veri*factu is a requirement for you today, better that you know before starting.

Yes, one way: you connect your account and your appointments are created, moved and deleted on their own in your Google Calendar, including when it is the patient who makes the change. For privacy the event carries only the initials, the time and the place, never the full name or anything clinical. What it does not do yet is the way back: if you create an event in Google, VinculAI does not see it and will not block that slot for you.

The assistant handles times, services and professionals, and it asks a new patient for the reason for their consultation, which is stored encrypted in their record so that you can read it before the session. It does not diagnose, it does not interpret the case and it does not improvise a clinical response. It has one single exception, a safety one that cannot be switched off: if signals of risk appear, it gives out the helpline numbers —024 and 112 in Spain—, it never refuses the appointment, and it flags it for you to review.

Yes: you upload your Excel or your CSV, VinculAI recognises your column headers on its own (and if it cannot, you download a template) and they come in with first name, surnames, phone, email, national ID and address. Two things worth knowing beforehand: the record number is assigned by VinculAI, sequential per practice, so the numbering from your previous software is not preserved; and old clinical notes cannot be imported — those go in by hand today.

There is an open help centre, no account required: short articles organised by the moment you are in —getting started, your practice, day to day, payments and invoicing—, with its own search, plus a separate section meant for you to show your patients. And you do not have to leave the application to consult them: you ask Vera in your own words, she searches those same articles and answers citing them. Note that the help centre itself is written in Spanish.
